Due to the continuous advancement of technology, various companies or businesses have developed software applications that combine the computer's own reasoning and the reasoning of a human in order to give such powerful interpretations or ideas, and that's what we call today "artificial intelligence". A computer is still a computer that needs human intervention to keep running. Maybe in the future, artificial intelligence can fix itself and learn new things without continuous monitoring of a human being, but when the AI needs an immediate action in terms of its internal software systems due to malfunctions of its logical interpretations and errors in the codes themselves, then what do you think is responsible for handling those kinds of circumstances? Of course, the human. Now let me ask you a question: is artificial intelligence smarter than the human even though the human itself created artificial intelligence? Maybe the majority of the people will say yes, and some may say no.As you can see, even though the human mind has limits, we compare it to the mind of a computer that can have limitless possibilities, but in terms of real-world situations and natural interpretations and actions, the emotions that we need in order for us to judge whatever actions that we need to act according to that situation are what artificial intelligence cannot have 100%. Artificial intelligence cannot have the full potential of subjectivism in what the human can do, from which a computer focuses on specific inputs and specific commands which are only objective to various circumstances. Artificial intelligence cannot conquer the humanity itself, but it may be possible for artificial intelligence to take over the job that the human individual had rejected to accept AI as a learning space.

Programming and web development is a crucial lesson in becoming an Information and Communications Technology student, from simple web integrations and development to complex programming sessions that require logical, critical, and practical solutions. Even though we created a website with full determination, courage, and rigors planning, a well-designed website does not always have the best effect (Vila & Kuster, 2011). The choice of the tools and programming technologies for information systems creation is relevant. For every projected system, it is necessary to define a number of criteria for the development environment, used libraries and technologies (Nikulchev et al., 2019). We already know that artificial intelligence has now become a major tool in various fields in the industry, including the tech industry itself.

Now when it comes to programming and web development, AI has now become a major tool in creating such programmes or codes in developing various web applications or software; it has become a foundation in doing so. Web development is an evolving amalgamation of languages that work in concert to receive, modify, and deliver information between parties using the Internet as a mechanism of delivery. Navigating a project from concept to completion often requires more than mastery of one or two complementing languages, meaning today’s developers need both breadth and depth of knowledge to be effective (Mendez, 2014). Even though artificial intelligence has now become a major tool in programming and web development (Downie & Finio, 2024), it still needs human control in order for the system or web applications that would be created and implemented to coincide with the wants and needs of the community, businesses, organisations or individuals and also for the future innovative idealisations that can be integrated on the said platforms or software, rather than just being in a monotonous and purely relying on objectivism. The hottest issue right now is, will artificial intelligence take over the jobs of information technology personnel as the ones responsible for maintaining the web applications or software, as well as in development and programming? Many people will answer yes, but some may say no.

As you can see, AI may be capable in most cases, especially in programming, logical interpretations, or web development, but it's still objective; it's still dependent on the human inputs. IT professionals cannot be replaced by artificial intelligence, but they may be defaced if they refuse to accept AI as a tool.AI is rapidly transforming software development, helping developers code faster. Still it's very important for us, especially for IT professionals to know how to code even though Ai has become a foundation in building a program and developing a website, we still needs to know on how we can make an architecture that suits to the needs and wants on our community, clients, or various types of organizations rather than just being solely relying on artificial Intelligence and being monotonic and objective centered creations without combining real world subjections of the human beings.

In the 21st century, our world is influenced by dozens of emerging technologies, such as social media platforms or any kind of online platform, especially what we call today "artificial intelligence." Due to the advancement of our way of communication, we use social media platforms as the primary communication tool nowadays, from which we can now communicate wirelessly, effortlessly, and more time and cost-efficiently than traditional communication. Despite the positive impact that has been brought by the technology, there were some major issues that the users, or we the people, are facing right now, and that is our peace in terms of our online property, and that includes our cybersecurity and safety. Cyber security provides protection against cybercrime and teaches us what essential safety measures one needs to follow from all cybercrimes, securing online information is a priority where everyone is involved with technology (Tabassum, 2020). There is a significant three-way interaction effect among personal responsibility, the intervention strategy, and prior knowledge; enhancing a user’s sense of personal responsibility appears to be a necessary precursor to effective online safety interventions, but not necessarily sufficient; the intervention strategy should match the knowledge level of the user to enhance online safety behaviors (Shillair et al., 2015).

Therefore, the users of an online platform should be guided on the essential safety measures that will encourage strong cybersecurity, from simple to complex security measures. From this, we can lessen the chance of abuse by hackers or scammers who are trying to harm innocent people in cyberspace. Mitigating scams, phishing, and malicious attacks requires a comprehensive approach to cybersecurity and personal protection . It begins with the user environment, where devices connected to the internet become vulnerable to threats, education and awareness, providing training on recognizing phishing attempts and setting up reporting mechanisms to flag suspicious activities, and building protective measures such as strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, regular software updates, and the use of security tools that strengthen defenses against cyber threats . Incident response protocols should be activated, including the detection and investigation of incidents, followed by recovery actions to restore security and prevent future attacks (Chandre et al., 2025). This may be a challenge for individuals who are not really familiar with the various tools or principles used for cybersecurity and safety, but it is still possible for them to learn if they are guided by the platform itself or if training and programs are implemented focusing on cybersecurity and safety in order for them to learn and enhance their technical skills that can be applied for their personal safety in terms of online presence. Online training faces challenges in reproducing the hands-on element that is critical to adult learning, as most adults learn better when they manipulate objects in a real environment; a virtual environment can help replicate the physical training environment while maintaining effectiveness (Nakayama & Jin, 2015). Overall, cybersecurity training or tutorials can significantly improve user safety on the internet, from which they would be informed or oriented about various types of potential online harm or attacks. When users are educated about the threats and trained in proper security practices, their behavior can change to enhance online security for themselves and the firms where they are employed (McCrohan et al., 2010).
